Frequently asked questions

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Customers scan a QR code to join a loyalty program and track their stamps — there's nothing to install. The merchant dashboard is the only thing anyone logs into.

How does the QR-based stamp card actually work?

Each business gets its own secure QR code. A customer scans it, their digital card updates, and staff can confirm the stamp from the dashboard — no physical card to lose or forget.

Can I run this across more than one location?

Yes. Multi-branch businesses can manage every location's loyalty program from one account, with staff access scoped per location.

What happens to the paper punch cards we already use?

You can run both side by side while you transition, or switch over fully whenever you're ready — there's no hard cutover required.

Is billing handled through Stripe?

Yes — subscription billing runs on Stripe. The platform is currently in test mode while we finish building out the first release.

Who can see my business's customer data?

Only accounts you've explicitly added as owner or staff on your business. Data is scoped per business server-side — no cross-business access.
